The original center AC vents, which are over 30 years old and have suffered from sun and heat damage, have become brittle, with many falling apart, missing pieces, and exhibiting multiple cracks. This situation presents a significant visual distraction.
After several years of development, V12throttle Corp is pleased to introduce the newly redesigned and upgraded center vent, which features a plug-and-play installation along with numerous enhancements.
1) The front face and holding tab inserts have been reinforced to prevent cracking. The newly redesigned tabs are robust enough to securely hold the vent in place while being gentle enough to avoid damage during removal. The front face has undergone a surface treatment to ensure a precise match with the existing factory trim.
2) The original light strip was inadequate, providing very dim lighting. The new vent incorporates fully integrated LED lighting that connects to the factory plug, delivering beautiful illumination.
3) A new potentiometer for the air stratification feature is included, eliminating the need to transfer components from the old vent, making it entirely plug-and-play. All plastic components of this vent are precision injection molded, and the center adjustment fin is crafted from high-grade steel. No components are 3D printed.
