V12Throttle is pleased to present the upgraded version of the early style door handle frame and pivot. Over time, every E36 door handle frame is susceptible to cracks and pivot braking, rendering the door inoperable from the outside. The original handle is no longer available from BMW, and the pivot is not sold separately.
This upgraded frame and pivot is manufactured from high-grade steel, which offers superior durability compared to the original zinc version. The new pivot has also been redesigned to eliminate the loose feeling in the handle that reduced the amount of available travel. Kit includes all necessary components including a plug-and-play pin with a self-locking nut.
