V12throttle Corp is pleased to introduce a new complete fuel sender assembly for the 1987-1996 BMW E34 equipped with a plastic tank(generally Euro models). This assembly features a plug-and-play installation and incorporates several upgrades while maintaining OEM form, reliability, and functionality.
The original BMW sender assembly, which has been discontinued, along with many aftermarket alternatives, is widely known for leaking at the connector and developing cracks in the top cap that can also result in fuel leaks. We have redesigned this sender from the ground up to address these issues by utilizing more resilient plastic and reinforcing critical areas.
Only the highest quality components have been utilized in the creation of this assembly, including high-grade coated steel, PTFE wiring, and Teflon rubber. This sender has undergone extensive real-world testing before being introduced to the market.
