This is a brand new pair of rear traction rods compatible with all E31s.
The transparent boot material utilized in the original rod did not endure the elements over time, similar to the original ball joint bushings that employed the same boot material. We have incorporated proven polyurethane rubber in the new rod ball joint, which is designed to withstand the elements for decades.
This track rod has been meticulously designed from the ground up using the highest quality materials to accommodate the E31 weight application and perfectly aligns with OEM dimensions for a plug-and-play installation. This rod has been tested over thousands of miles on several E31 vehicles with excellent results.
